Today, the international scientific forum dedicated to the study of the role of cooperation in the development of sustainable entrepreneurship opens its discussion platforms. It is held according to a good tradition at the Russian University of Cooperation - the center of cooperative education - with the involvement of scientists from the entire inter-branch network from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka, postgraduates, master's students, and most importantly - practitioners, as well as foreign scientists. Every year, the traditional scientific forum attracts new researchers from Russia and abroad.

The driving force of Industry 5.0 is entrepreneurship as a source of innovation and a subject for the implementation of advanced technologies. International scientific cooperation plays an important role in this, so today a large number of scientists, practitioners, and representatives of cooperation gathered at the Russian University of Cooperation to open the annual International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Role of Cooperation in the Development of Sustainable Entrepreneurship in the Fifth Industrial Revolution".

The diverse topics of the sections will allow scientists, entrepreneurs, heads of the consumer cooperation system, the cooperative education industry to discuss business development prospects, assess the level of proficiency in the tools that modern consumer cooperation has at its disposal.

The objectives of the conference are to discuss the role of innovations in solving key problems of consumer cooperation; analyze modern concepts and technologies for sustainable development of entrepreneurship in the context of the fifth industrial revolution; determine the key competencies of cooperators; support young people engaged in research activities.

The conference has attracted great interest from the scientific community, with scientists from countries such as the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan taking part.

This year, more than 500 people took part in preparing scientific reports for the conference, with a very wide geography of participants.

An international scientific conference is not just an opportunity for a scientist to present his research to a wider community, but also a place to create and expand business connections that promote new initiatives in science and business, education and the educational environment. I invite conference participants to show the successes and achievements of cooperators, the effect of using innovations and development prospects. It is interesting for practitioners and leaders of regional cooperative organizations to hear the ideas and proposals of the participants in this event, and to jointly determine growth vectors to achieve higher goals in the cooperative movement.

World and domestic practice of developing the cooperative movement shows that there is a need to more widely and comprehensively use modern achievements of scientific and technological progress to improve the efficiency of cooperative formations.
