Results of the 2021 conference

The second day of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference Cooperation and Sustainable Development was held at the Russian University of Cooperation.

The first event of the working day of the Conference was the opening of Section 3. Innovations and their contribution to sustainable development: prospects for cooperation in the form of technology parks and innovation networks. The moderators of the section were acting. Head of the Department of Information Technology and Natural Sciences of the Russian University of Cooperation Bityutsky Sergey Yakovlevich, Director of the Kaliningrad branch of the Russian University of Cooperation Arkhipova Maryana Vladimirovna, Rector of the Bashkir Cooperative Institute (branch) of the Russian University of Cooperation Baigildina Albina Uralovna. During the section, trends in the impact of digitalization of the economy on cooperation were highlighted, as well as practical aspects of introducing innovations and using digital technologies in the economy and consumer cooperation.

The Conference program was continued by Section 4. International cooperation in the field of sustainable development: exchange of knowledge, information, technologies, moderated by the head of the Department of Economics and Customs of the Russian University of Cooperation Balalova Elena Ivanovna, head of the Department of Economic Security, Finance and Accounting accounting of the Russian University of Cooperation Borisova Elvira Nikolaevna, Rector of the Saransk Cooperative Institute (branch) of the Russian University of Cooperation Khairov Roman Raisovich. The work of the section covered a lot of scientific research devoted to the issues of agricultural cooperatives of foreign countries, the activities of the European cooperative movement, topical issues in the direction of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the real sector of the economy, etc.

The final stage of the work of the sections of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference Cooperation and Sustainable Development was Section 5. Improvement of regional legislation in terms of establishing a sustainable development of the system of cooperation under the guidance of the head of the department of jurisprudence of the Russian University of Cooperation Elyazyan Anna Shagenovna, adviser to the rector of Krasnodar Cooperative Institute (branch) of the Russian University of Cooperation Molchan Alexey Sergeevich, Chief Specialist of the Department of Scientific Programs and Communications of the Russian University of Cooperation Oganyan Valery Armenovich. The speeches of the conference participants covered a wide range of topics related to regional legislation and modern trends in the sustainable development of the cooperation system.

November 15, 2021 The II International Scientific and Practical Conference Cooperation and Sustainable Development began its work. The program of the Conference is focused on consideration of important aspects of cooperation related to its contribution to sustainable development. For sustainable development, cooperation also implies taking into account the opinions, priorities and consequences for internal (employees) and external (consumers, society, economy) stakeholders.

The conference aroused great interest among the international scientific community, scientists from such countries as the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Poland, Hungary, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Republic of San Marino take part.

This year, more than 500 scientists and practitioners took part in the preparation of scientific reports for the conference, a very wide geography of participants:

- IMSIT Academy of Marketing and Social Information Technologies;

- Bashkir State University;

- Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation;

- Volgograd State Social and Pedagogical University;

and others

Against the backdrop of the emerging crisis in 2019-2021, sustainable development is especially necessary, and our conference is designed to show the importance and significance of cooperation for achieving it in Russia and the world. The international scientific and practical conference “Cooperation and Sustainable Development” covers the following topical issues:

- Responsible cooperation of entrepreneurship based on environmental and socially oriented clusters;

- Sustainable development of territories based on cooperation of enterprises within special economic zones;

- Innovation and its contribution to sustainable development: prospects for cooperation in the form of technology parks and innovation networks;

- International cooperation in the field of sustainable development: exchange of knowledge, information, technologies;

- Improving regional legislation in terms of establishing a sustainable development of the cooperation system.

The opening of the first working day of the program of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference Cooperation and Sustainable Development was provided by the Plenary session, during which all participants of the Conference were greeted by the Chairman of the Council of the Central Union of the Russian Federation Zubov Dmitry Lvovich and the rector of the Russian University of Cooperation Nabieva Alsu Rustemovna. Welcoming words and wishes were also joined by the rector of the Belarusian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives Svetlana Nikolaevna Lebedeva, the rector of the Belgorod University of Cooperation Vitaly Ivanovich Teplov, economics and law and the rector of the Siberian University of Consumer Cooperatives Bakaitis Valentina Ivanovna.

Among the participants of the Plenary session there were a large number of guests from foreign countries. The welcoming speech was delivered by: Director of the Research Institute of Economic and Legal Studies of the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz Khanov Talgat Akhmatzievich (Kazakhstan), Deputy Dean of the Faculty of International Economics of the University of Economics and Business of Hanoi National University Nguyen Tien Minh (Vietnam), Head of the Department of Administrative Law of the University of Gdansk Tomasz Bankovsky (Poland), Honorary Professor of the Russian University of Co-operation, Associate Professor at the Institute for Research in Education and Knowledge Management, Estvös Loránd University Karaksony Peter (Hungary), representative of the Pellervo Cooperation Center Vorozhbitova Lyudmila Anatolyevna (Finland), Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Russian Slavic University Usmanov Salavat Fargatovich (Kyrgyzstan), President of the Union of Organizations for the Development of Labor Resources and Cooperation Glavartel, Ambassador at Large of the Republic of San Marino Alekseev Yuri Valerievich (San Marino).

Section 1. “Responsible cooperation of entrepreneurship based on environmental and socially oriented clusters” was a continuation of the Conference program, at which reports of the Conference participants were presented. The moderators of the section were the scientific director of the Russian University of Cooperation, Alexander Evgenievich Suglobov, and the rector of the Cheboksary Cooperative Institute (branch) of the Russian University of Cooperation, Valery Vitalievich Andreev, who noted the high level of entries and held a productive discussion on the issue of using the results in further activities in the field of science and cooperation.

Further, according to the program of the Conference, Section 2 began its work. Sustainable development of territories based on the cooperation of enterprises as part of special economic zones, which was moderated by the professor of the Department of Economics and Customs of the Russian University of Cooperation Maloletko Alexander Nikolaevich and the rector of the Volgograd Cooperative Institute (branch ) Russian University of Cooperation Dudukalova Galina Nikolaevna. In the course of the section, the works touching upon the issues of modern art were considered. Also, the participants were presented with reports on the study of the problems of the modern education system. The speeches of the Conference participants covered a wide range of topics related to the sustainable development of territories based on the cooperation of enterprises, forms of special economic zones, the study of advanced foreign experience in the competitiveness of enterprises and strengthening the positions of modern consumer cooperation.
